With 24 years’ experience across many facets of the industry, David now works in CEDIA’s Technology & Standards department as the Director of Technical Research; a global role which he facilitates from Australia. He is a professional member of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) and CEDIA’s joint R10 Standards Working Group. David is a prolific Subject Matter Expert and educator, and author of many articles and white papers which have been published across three continents, with a particular specialty in all things video and connectivity.
